This bundle contains genuine Fujitsu replacement parts: four UTR-FA13-1 Apple-Catechin filters and two UTR-FA13-2 Ion Deodorizing filters.
These air cleaning filters come with their holders.
Four Apple-Catechin filters cover a year of 3-month replacements, and the second Ion Deodorizing filter gives you a clean, dry spare to rotate in while the other is washed. Apple-Catechin filters are packed in sealed 2-packs: open one now and keep the other sealed for your next change.
Supplied as two Fujitsu 9315361011 2-packs (four UTR-FA13-1) and one Fujitsu 9315361028 2-pack (two UTR-FA13-2). 9315361011 is the current Fujitsu part number for the part previously sold as 9312153060.

About These Filters
Apple-Catechin Filter: This is an optional disposable air cleaning filter that mounts on the large screen filter. Fujitsu describes it as using static electricity to clean fine particles and dust from the air. Its media is treated with catechin, a polyphenol derived from apples, which Fujitsu says absorbs fine dust, mold spores and micro-organisms while inhibiting and deactivating their growth on the filter surface. Fujitsu states that its Apple-Catechin filter technology has received Sensitive Choice approval from the National Asthma Council Australia.
Ion Deodorizing Filter: This is an optional washable air cleaning filter that mounts on the large screen filter. Fujitsu describes it as deodorizing by decomposing absorbed odors through the oxidizing and reducing effects of ions generated by an ultra-fine-particle ceramic. Fujitsu notes it can be used for about 3 years if it is washed with water when dirty to restore its surface action.
How Many Do You Need?
Owner's manuals list Fujitsu's 9315212016 set, which pairs one Apple-Catechin filter with one Ion Deodorizing filter. That is what one indoor unit holds at a time, but the two filters are on very different schedules: the Apple-Catechin filter is replaced every 3 months, while the Ion Deodorizing filter is washed every 3 months and lasts about 3 years. So over a year, one indoor unit uses four Apple-Catechin filters and only one Ion Deodorizing filter. A second Ion Deodorizing filter is handy as a spare to rotate in while the other dries.
Fujitsu also sells each filter on its own in 2-packs: 9315361011 (UTR-FA13-1 Apple-Catechin) and 9315361028 (UTR-FA13-2 Ion Deodorizing). That is how we build the packs that match the schedule.

Care & Replacement
Apple-Catechin filters: Do not wash: washing damages the filter media. Replace every 3 months. The catechin treatment loses effectiveness as it ages, so keep spare filters sealed until you need them.
Ion Deodorizing filters: Clean every 3 months in warm water with a mild detergent. Do not scrub it with an abrasive pad or brush, which damages its deodorizing ability. Let it dry completely before reinstalling. Replace about every 3 years.

This listing is sold by Fujitsu part number. Under our Compatibility Guarantee, it fits every model listed on this page. Check the model number on your indoor unit's nameplate, typically on the right-hand side of the unit or on the bottom edge facing the floor, before ordering. Go by the nameplate rather than the owner's manual, since one manual usually covers several models.
If your model isn't listed, keep the filters sealed until you've confirmed the fit. Opened filters can't be returned. Send us your model number and we'll confirm the right part before you order.
About performance claims: Statements about antibacterial, anti-virus, anti-allergy, anti-mold, deodorizing or particle-capture performance describe the manufacturer's own testing and claims. They are not claims made by HEPA Filter Sales, and we have not independently tested them. Actual results depend on your unit, how it is maintained and your environment. These filters are not medical devices and are not intended to prevent or treat any illness.

Returns & Exchanges
We want every order to go smoothly, and if something is not right we want to make it right. At the same time, for the health and safety of everyone — our team, other customers, and the facilities these products are used in — we cannot resell opened or used filtration and air quality products. Our policy below is built around that reality. If you have any questions about a product before ordering, please reach out — we would rather help you get the right thing the first time than deal with a return after the fact.
Eligibility
Opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. Products designated as Special Order, Clearance, Discontinued, or Final Sale along with Equipment are not eligible for return or exchange. All other returns require items to be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
30-Day Return Policy
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee of at least 25% of the purchase price. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required before shipping any return — contact us first at Help@HEPAFilterSales.com to receive return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
Exchanges — Standard Restocking Charge Waived
Exchanges for unopened, unused items are not subject to a restocking fee. Contact us at Help@HEPAFilterSales.com before returning any item to arrange an exchange and receive expert advice on the correct solution.
Order Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Not all orders can be cancelled once placed — freight and special-order items in particular may ship before a cancellation can be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, note the damage with the delivery carrier at time of delivery, photograph the damage, and email us within 48 hours of delivery at Help@HEPAFilterSales.com. We will arrange return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
If you receive an incorrect item (compared to what was ordered), email us your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange return shipping and send the correct item at no cost to you.
Defective Items
Suspected product defects and performance issues are warranty matters handled directly by the manufacturer — they are not eligible for return or return shipping reimbursement from HEPA Filter Sales, LLC. Contact us and we will provide manufacturer contact information to assist with a warranty claim.
