    Payment

    Shipping

    • Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and included in your total invoice.
    • We ship orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
    • In-stock orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day. Orders after 2 PM EST are processed the next business day.
    • Orders may be shipped via UPS, USPS, or can be picked up at our Global Distribution Center in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
    • Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available, with some items potentially drop-shipped from the manufacturer for faster delivery.
    • International shipping is available via USPS and UPS. If you have specific shipping requests or need a quote, please contact us at Help@HEPAFilterSales.com.

    Returns and Damaged Shipment Claims

    At HEPA Filter Sales, we aim to ensure your satisfaction. If you need to return a product for any reason, please contact us at (717) 920-1987 or email Help@HEPAFilterSales.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and provide the right filters for your needs.

    • Notification Deadlines:

      • For non-delivery of goods, notify us within 10 days of the invoice date.
      • For damaged or defective products, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

    • Damaged Shipments:
      If your order arrives damaged, we will file a claim with the shipper and replace the damaged items. Please retain the damaged product and packaging for two weeks, as the shipper may request to pick them up.

    • Claims Reporting:
      Claims not reported within the specified timeframes will be considered forfeited.

    • Return Authorization:
      Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA, email Help@HEPAFilterSales.com or call (717) 920-1987. We will provide instructions for the return or exchange process via email or phone.

    • Return Conditions:
      Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items may be eligible for an exchange, account credit, or refund, depending on the Return Authorization level.

    • No Shipping Fees for Returns Involving:

      • Wrong item shipped (our error)
      • Defective merchandise
      • Damaged merchandise during shipment

      For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

    • Packing Instructions:
      The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the box. Ensure items are securely packed, ideally in the original packaging. We may charge a fee for returns damaged due to improper packing.

    • Restocking Fee for Undamaged Items:
      We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the item's purchase price for items returned in original conditions.

    • Restocking Fee for Damaged Items:
      We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 100% of the item's purchase price for items returned that have been opened, used, or are otherwise in a nonsalable condition.

    Note: Some items may not be eligible for return or credit.

    There are no other warranties that extend beyond the face of the Original Manufacturers Warranty for each product sold, including, without limitation, express or implied warranties, warranties of merchantability, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties of title or non-infringement.
