Unless you specify otherwise, similar items in quality and construction may be substituted for those items not in stock or no longer available.
You are responsible for paying shipping charges. Shipping charges will be calculated as part of your total invoice amount.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday your order will be shipped the following Monday.
In stock orders placed before 1PM EST are generally shipped the same day. In stock orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Merchandise will be shipped via UPS, USPS, or you can pick up your order at our Global Distribution Center in Camp Hill Pennsylvania.
Product that is backordered will be shipped as soon as we receive it in our warehouse. When available, all or part of your order will be drop shipped from the manufacturer to save shipping time.
If your shipping costs seem high you may have product in your basket that ships in large boxes or multiple boxes. We ship outside the United States to the following countries: Canada (CA), Mexico (MX), Puerto Rico (PR), United Kingdom (GB), US Minor Outlying Islands (UM), British Virgin Islands (VG) and US Virgin Islands (VI). Returns and Damaged Shipment Claims
You must notify us within ten (10) days from the invoice date for non-delivery of goods or within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt for damaged or defective merchandise.
If your order is damaged in shipping, we will file a claim with the shipper and have the damaged product replaced. Please keep the damaged merchandise for 2 weeks after the claim is filed with the shipper. The shipper may pick up the damaged box and product.
Claims not timely reported will be deemed forfeited.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning goods for any reason including Damaged Shipment Claims. To obtain an RMA number please fill out our Return Request form. An RMA number and instructions on how to return or exchange the merchandise will be given to you in an email or over the phone depending on your choice of contact methods.
Return merchandise may be accepted for exchange, account credit where applicable, or refund depending on the level of Return Authorization.
Returned merchandise must be received in our facility within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of the original merchandise.
In the following cases you will not be charged shipping fees on merchandise being returned or replacement merchandise:
- Wrong merchandise is shipped (our mistake)
- The merchandise is defective
- The merchandise is damaged during shipment
Shipping costs on returned merchandise for reasons other than stated above will be paid by the customer. The original purchase price and any tax paid will be promptly refunded/credited upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Original shipping costs will not be credited on returned merchandise for any reason.
The Return Material Authorization (RMA) number should be clearly visible on three sides of the box. Goods should be securely packed and, if possible, returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a fee for returned items damaged due to improper packing.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking/handling charge up to twenty percent (20%) of the returned item’s purchase price.
Some items may not be returnable for credit.
There are no other warranties that extend beyond the face of the Original Manufacturers Warranty for each product sold, including, without limitation, express or implied warranties, warranties of merchantability, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties of title or non-infringement.
