Purchase Options & Subscription Policy

Effective January 16, 2026

This policy applies to purchases made through hepafiltersales.com and is issued by HEPA Filter Sales, LLC.

1. Order Cancellations (Standard Orders)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Help@HEPAFilterSales.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop fulfillment if the order has not yet shipped. However, once an order has been processed or released for shipment, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If an order has already shipped, it will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Subscriptions & Recurring Deliveries

Some products may be offered as subscription-based purchases. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize HEPA Filter Sales, LLC to charge your provided payment method automatically on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew on the scheduled renewal date unless canceled prior to that date.

Your payment method will be charged immediately on the renewal date for each subscription cycle.

Managing or Cancelling a Subscription

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us at Help@HEPAFilterSales.com.

To avoid being charged for the next subscription cycle, cancellation must be completed before the scheduled renewal date.

Once a renewal charge has been processed, the associated order is considered placed and cannot be canceled. Any returns will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge or pause the subscription. Continued failure of payment may result in cancellation of the subscription.

Subscription Pricing

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will apply to future renewal cycles only.

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are purchases for products that are not currently in stock but are expected to become available.

Payment may be collected at the time of checkout.

Pre-orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Estimated availability dates are subject to change based on manufacturer or supplier timelines.

4. Try-Before-You-Buy or Special Programs

If specific products are offered under special purchase arrangements, including trial programs or limited-time offers, the applicable terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase and will govern that transaction.

All returns and refund requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
