Finally found the filters for my mini split. One filter was damaged during shipment, but they immediately replaced it and sent me another 2 pack in just a couple of days.

I tried to order sheet filters for my older Daikin inverter from a large HVAC company, was told someone would "get right on it", and despite repeated attempts to re-establish contact, never received a reply.
An HEPA Filter Sales guy told me they were in stock, immediately answered a question I posed regarding frames, then gave me a substantial discount on my order, which arrived in a very few days.
Double check all your measurements before you purchase. The smaller filter was 2” shorter than what I needed.
Everything is great. Just make sure your measurements are correct.

There WAS one thing I had a question on though. The filters that arrived fit fine, but the previous ones that came in the unit originally had something that maybe should have been KEPT before disposing of them. It was something that appeared to snap in or out at the base of each filter?? This part did not come with the replacements.

My only problem was not with Hepa but with the USPS they used. Ordered on 01/26/26. was to be delivered by 01/30/26. Received updates as to location. Went to Louisville, KY center then missed us and went to Indianapolis. We are located across the Ohio River from Louisville. Then was returned to Louisville. Stated it was received on02/02/26 at our local USPS. I went to the local USPS on 02/05 to pick it up due to bad weather and having to be close to the post office along with wanting to help our local carrier. They did not have it and had never had it. They stated it was in a bin for our local office in Louisville. Finally received on 02/09/26. YEAHH! Just wanted Hepa they may want to pursue a different form of delivery.
