By accessing or using this Site, placing an order, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply exclusively to transactions entered into on or after the effective date above. HEPA Filter Sales, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for orders, transactions, representations, or obligations of any kind arising prior to that date.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or use the Site in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

2. Orders & Payment

Payment is required at the time of order unless prior written approval has been granted. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Your payment statement may reference HEPA Filter Sales or HEPAFilterSales.com.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors or system inaccuracies may occur. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct pricing and adjust or cancel affected orders.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and provide available options.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Estimated shipping timelines are not guaranteed.

In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day. We ship Monday through Saturday.

Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or directly from manufacturers where applicable.

Risk of loss and title transfer to the purchaser upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

All returns are subject to our Refund Policy. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required prior to returning any merchandise.

Returned items must comply with the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy, including return timelines and product condition requirements.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Claims for damaged or missing shipments must be reported within the timeframes specified in our Refund Policy or Shipping Policy.

We may assist in filing shipping claims; however, carriers may require inspection or retention of packaging materials.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

HEPA Filter Sales, LLC is a reseller only. We sell products manufactured by third parties. We do not manufacture, design, engineer, or modify any product offered on this Site.

Manufactured Equipment (HVAC Units, Air Purifiers, UV Systems, and Similar)

Products in these categories may carry a manufacturer's warranty. That warranty exists solely between the purchaser and the manufacturer. HEPA Filter Sales, LLC is not a party to that warranty, has no obligation to honor it, and makes no representations regarding its scope, duration, or enforceability.

If a product does not function as intended upon receipt, malfunctions after use, or requires technical support or warranty service of any kind, the purchaser must contact the manufacturer directly. We will provide manufacturer contact information upon request and may, at our sole discretion, assist in facilitating a warranty claim — but we are under no obligation to do so, and such assistance does not create any warranty liability on our part.

We are not responsible for and will not provide support related to:

  • Product defects, failures, or malfunctions
  • Installation, setup, or configuration
  • Operational questions or technical troubleshooting
  • Compatibility determinations made after purchase

Consumable Products (Filters and Related Items)

Replacement filters, filter media, and related consumable products carry no warranty of any kind, express or implied. These are consumable goods with a finite service life. Performance is subject to environmental conditions, usage patterns, and proper installation — none of which are within our control.

No Additional Warranties

HEPA Filter Sales, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. All products are sold as-is, subject only to any applicable manufacturer's warranty where one exists.

8. Product Compatibility & Use

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm product compatibility and suitability for the intended application. We are not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or product misapplication.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HEPA Filter Sales, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product or from use of the Site.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of HEPA Filter Sales, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All third-party product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
