Nano Platinum Deodorizing Filters (2 included)

Mitsubishi’s Nano Platinum Filters use an advanced 3D filter surface infused with nanometer-sized platinum-ceramic particles to provide powerful deodorizing and antibacterial performance. This enhanced surface structure captures fine dust more effectively than conventional flat filters—helping reduce odors, improve air freshness, and inhibit the growth of bacteria inside your indoor unit.

These filters are washable for routine maintenance, but they are not lifetime filters. To maintain their original deodorizing strength and dust-collection performance, periodic replacement is required.

Care & Maintenance: Vacuum every two weeks using a soft-bristle brush attachment. When visibly dirty, gently wash with mild detergent in lukewarm water (under 120°F / 50°C). Allow the filters to dry thoroughly in the shade—do not expose them to direct sunlight or high heat.
Important: Do not operate your indoor unit without filters installed. If continued operation is needed during cleaning, order a second set.

Replacement Recommendation: Replace annually for best performance.

Anti-Allergy Enzyme Filters (2 included)

These filters help capture pollen, fine dust, bacteria, and allergens, and include a special enzyme layer that breaks down airborne proteins. In clean-air homes, a single filter may last up to 12 months with regular cleaning. But in homes with pets, smokers, nearby wildfires, high pollen, or dust, more frequent replacement is recommended.

The Mitsubishi Small Anti-Allergy Enzyme Filters should be replaced every 4 to 6 months for best results.
