DUCT-PRO® K3-2024 Power Brush System — Abatement Technologies

The DUCT-PRO® K3-2024 Power Brush System by Abatement Technologies® is the professional-grade source removal tool designed for duct cleaning contractors who need consistent results across all duct types and configurations. It combines forward and reverse brush agitation with compressed air in a rugged, powder-coated galvanized steel cabinet — the complete solution for dislodging caked-on debris from inside duct surfaces.

The K3-2024 Complete System ships ready to work: includes the K3-2024A power unit (with K3-2023 remote control on a 15' cable), the K3-2025 25' flexible drive shaft with bi-directional air nozzle, and the K3-2090 brush set.

• Reversible cable design prevents breakage during reverse operation — cable direction matches brush direction
• Quick-connect fittings for fast brush changes; no-tool locking system holds brushes securely in forward and reverse

K3-2090 Brush Set

• Soft blue poly brushes (3): 8", 12", and 18" diameter — for duct board, flex duct, lined duct, and small round metal ducts; soft bristles loosen debris without damaging materials
• Step brushes — red/black (3): 7"/13"/7", 11"/18"/11" diameter — for metal ducts; stiff black bristles center the brush while longer red bristles sweep debris from corners

Key Features

Variable Speed
DC motor and variable speed control maintain constant torque at all speeds. Operators adjust RPM to match the duct size and material — consistent agitation from small round to large rectangular ductwork.

Reversibility
The cable system is engineered to reverse safely — unlike standard cable systems that break when run in reverse, the K3-2025 drive shaft is purpose-built for bidirectional operation. Reversing reaches both sides of the ductwork without repositioning at the access point.

Compressed Air Integration
The power unit's quick-connect air fitting channels compressed air through the cable casing to the bi-directional nozzle behind the brush head. Debris loosened by the brush is immediately blasted into the vacuum air stream — source removal, not just agitation.

Portability
At 46 lbs. and a compact 24" × 11.75" × 11.5" footprint, the power unit moves easily from access point to access point. The organized cabinet keeps the system professional and field-ready.

K3-2074 — 6-1/2" × 3" Soft Poly Brush (purchased separately) — for tight spaces and flexible duct applications where a smaller diameter soft brush is needed.
