This replacement filter kit is designed to fit a range of ComfortStar 6-9K wall-mounted indoor units, including CPP3, CGS, CPG, CIM, and CPE series models. Keeping your filters clean is essential to maintaining airflow, system performance, and indoor air quality—especially in homes with pets, cooking odors, or seasonal pollen.

Maintenance & Care

Vacuum the screen filters every two weeks with a soft-bristle brush attachment. In dustier or high-traffic environments, you may also gently wash them with warm soapy water. Always let filters dry completely in the shade before reinstalling.

⚠️ Important: Never operate your unit without filters installed. A second set can help keep your system running while cleaned filters dry.

Replacement Guidance

Although reusable, screen filters lose efficiency over time. For best results, replace them every 12 to 24 months depending on use and environmental conditions.

Optional Activated Carbon Freshness Filter

This kit includes an optional freshness filter that fits inside the molded holder within your screen filter. Its activated carbon media helps trap odors and reduce VOCs from cooking, pets, and smoke—boosting your system’s filtration capabilities.
