Maintenance & Care

Clean the screen filters every two weeks with a vacuum using a soft-bristle brush attachment. In more demanding environments—like homes with pets, indoor smokers, or garages—filters can also be gently washed with warm, soapy water. Let the filters dry completely out of direct sunlight before reinstalling.

⚠️ Important: Never operate your unit without the filters installed. Consider keeping a second set to stay on schedule with cleanings.

Replacement Guidance

Although washable and reusable, screen filters lose efficiency over time. For optimal airflow and indoor air quality, replace them every 12 to 24 months, depending on usage and care.

Optional Activated Carbon Freshness Filter

This kit includes an optional freshness filter that fits into the pre-molded holder inside your screen filter. It contains activated carbon media to help absorb odors and reduce VOCs from tobacco, pets, and cooking, providing a noticeable upgrade to your system’s air quality performance.

Maintenance & Care: Do not wash. Vacuum every two weeks using a soft-bristle brush. Replace every 6 months to maintain odor absorption and filtration performance.
