Product Details

The ICMOBKC is a complete, deployable ICRA mobile containment system — everything needed to establish a compliant negative pressure enclosure for ceiling and wall cavity work in healthcare construction, renovation, and maintenance environments. Three components, one order, ready to work.

Most facilities and contractors building ICRA-compliant workflows source the enclosure, scrubber, and caddy separately. This kit eliminates that process and ensures the components are matched, compatible, and ready to deploy together from day one.

What's Included

AG3000MCCK AIRE GUARDIAN® Mobile Construction Enclosure — 30" × 60" footprint, 7–10' height adjustment, aircraft-aluminum frame, reinforced military-grade PVC, ultrasonically welded seams, zippered entry on 3 sides, wall cavity access on 2 sides, clear windows on 4 sides, PAS and HEPA vacuum ports
AG-CADDY AIRE GUARDIAN® Caddy Cart — mounts to the AG3000 base frame via quick-release spring latch with 6 adjustable positions, keeps the PRED750 connected and accessible during transport between work areas
PRED750 PREDATOR® 750 CFM HEPA Portable Air Scrubber — connects through the AG3000 PAS port to place the enclosure under negative pressure, 99.97% HEPA filtration at 0.3 microns, 35 lbs, single 15-amp circuit
Prefilter 1" — Case of 12 First stage prefilter for the PRED750 — captures bulk particulate to extend HEPA service life
Secondary Filter 2" — Case of 6 Second stage filter for the PRED750

ICRA Compliance — What This Kit Delivers

The Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) framework, as defined by the CDC and enforced by Joint Commission audits, requires active containment and negative pressure during construction and maintenance work in occupied healthcare facilities. This kit is engineered to meet those requirements directly.

The AG3000MCCK enclosure physically isolates the work area — ceiling and wall cavity access is managed through zippered openings that remain closed when not in active use. The PRED750, connected through the dedicated PAS port, draws air through 99.97% HEPA filtration and exhausts clean air outside the enclosure, maintaining negative pressure inside the containment zone. Particles released during above-ceiling or in-wall work are captured before they can migrate into adjacent occupied spaces.

The complete system complies with CA Fire Marshall, CDC, AIA, NFPA, and CSA standards. Enclosure flame resistance is tested to Federal Std. 191A Test Method 5903 and MVSS 320.

Designed For

Healthcare construction and renovation teams, hospital facility maintenance departments, infection control contractors, and abatement professionals working in or adjacent to occupied patient care areas. Applicable work types include above-ceiling access for MEP rough-in and inspection, wall cavity penetrations, duct work modifications, ceiling tile replacement in high-risk zones, and any above-ceiling or in-wall activity in ICRA Class III or Class IV construction zones.
