One machine. One circuit. 4,000 CFM. The HEPA-AIRE® PAS5000 is Abatement Technologies' highest-output portable air scrubber, built for large containment areas, hospital renovation zones and big-loss restoration jobs where you would otherwise stage, power and monitor two or more smaller units. Two 2,000 CFM HEPA filters, each tested and certified to 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns, handle the airflow, and a built-in differential pressure gauge and hour meter show filter condition and runtime at a glance.
Before you order: power requirement. The PAS5000 runs on 230 VAC, single phase, 60 Hz, on a 30 A circuit and draws 21 A or less in normal operation. It will not run on a standard 120 V outlet. Built for Commercial Job Sites
The galvanized steel cabinet is assembled with aircraft-type solid rivets, so there are no sheet metal screws to loosen under vibration. At 26.5" wide, it rolls through standard doorways without disassembly, on four extra heavy-duty 5" × 2" casters (two fixed, two locking swivel). Critical internal seams are sealed with neoprene gaskets to prevent air from bypassing the HEPA filters. Pre-filters change through a hinged, no-tools access door.

The PAS5000 uses the same H242406-99 HEPA filter and H2002 pre-filter as the BULLDOG® and HEPA-AIRE® negative air machines, so if you already run those units, your filter stock carries over.

In Stock & Ships Fast
Most items are in stock and ship the same business day when ordered by 2:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday. You will receive tracking information by email within 24 hours of shipment.
Freight Shipments
Large equipment ships via freight carrier. Freight rates are calculated at checkout — we work to keep those rates competitive. If you are not satisfied with the rate shown, contact us before ordering for a to-the-penny quote. Freight delivery times vary by location.
Hawaii, Alaska & US Territories
We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. Shipping options are available at checkout, though rates to these destinations are higher than continental US, an are ineligible for free shipping. Contact us before ordering if you'd like a quote.

Sales Tax

Tax-exempt buyers — including resellers, government entities, and 501(c)(3) nonprofits — Please submit a valid resale or exemption certificate before placing an order if applicable. Email your certificate, tax ID, and issuing state to Help@HEPAFilterSales.com. Tax paid on completed orders is not refundable — exemption must be established in advance.
Manufacturer's Warranty — Abatement Technologies
Abatement Technologies products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. All warranty claims are handled directly by Abatement Technologies — HEPA Filter Sales, LLC does not administer or extend manufacturer warranties. Contact us if you need assistance reaching the manufacturer's warranty or support team.
Use of non-OEM replacement filters or parts voids the manufacturer warranty and all performance claims on Abatement Technologies equipment.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every order to go smoothly, and if something is not right we want to make it right. At the same time, for the health and safety of everyone — our team, other customers, and the facilities these products are used in — we cannot resell opened or used filtration and air quality products. Our policy below is built around that reality. If you have any questions about a product before ordering, please reach out — we would rather help you get the right thing the first time than deal with a return after the fact.
Eligibility
Opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. Products designated as Special Order, Clearance, Discontinued, or Final Sale along with Equipment are not eligible for return or exchange. All other returns require items to be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
30-Day Return Policy
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee of at least 25% of the purchase price. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required before shipping any return — contact us first at Help@HEPAFilterSales.com to receive return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
Exchanges — Standard Restocking Charge Waived
Exchanges for unopened, unused items are not subject to a restocking fee. Contact us at Help@HEPAFilterSales.com before returning any item to arrange an exchange and receive expert advice on the correct solution.
Order Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Not all orders can be cancelled once placed — freight and special-order items in particular may ship before a cancellation can be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, note the damage with the delivery carrier at time of delivery, photograph the damage, and email us within 48 hours of delivery at Help@HEPAFilterSales.com. We will arrange return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
If you receive an incorrect item (compared to what was ordered), email us your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange return shipping and send the correct item at no cost to you.
Defective Items
Suspected product defects and performance issues are warranty matters handled directly by the manufacturer — they are not eligible for return or return shipping reimbursement from HEPA Filter Sales, LLC. Contact us and we will provide manufacturer contact information to assist with a warranty claim.
