About the H105UVR

The H105UVR is a UV-resistant filter — you'll notice it's purple rather than white. This is the current production standard from Abatement Technologies and the correct final stage filter for both the CAP100-UV and CAP100-UVP. The UV-resistant media handles continuous UV-C lamp exposure without degrading filter integrity over time. If you're used to a white filter from an earlier kit, the purple color is expected — not a wrong item.

MERV 13 filtration captures fine particulate including dust, pollen, mold spores, bacteria, and sub-micron particles — a meaningful step up from standard residential filter ratings.
