The BULLDOG® BD2KM is a two-speed portable negative air machine built for abatement and remediation contractors who need high CFM, durable construction, and straightforward operation on job sites where conditions are rough and downtime is not acceptable. A 1 HP motor delivers 2,000 CFM on high and 1,300 CFM on low through three stages of progressively efficient filtration, with final-stage HEPA filtration certified to 99.97% at 0.3 microns.

Cabinet & Construction
The BD2KM cabinet is roto-molded from UL94HB flame retardant resin — lightweight, virtually indestructible, and resistant to the physical abuse of active job sites. Four heavy-duty 4" casters provide mobility: two fixed and two locking swivel. The pre-filter access door is a drop-in design requiring no tools for removal, keeping filter changes fast in the field.
Three-Stage Filtration
The BD2KM ships with all three filter stages installed and ready for operation:

Alternate filters available separately: VAPOR-LOCK® VL2024 high-capacity carbon filter replaces the H2002 second stage for OVG, odor, and gas capture. H2010M 12" deep HEPA filter replaces the H242406-99 for extended service life (note: unit weight increases to 134 lbs with H2010M installed).
All three filter stages must be installed during operation. Filters are not reusable. Use only Abatement Technologies OEM filters — substitute filters void the warranty and all performance claims.
Modes of Operation
The BD2KM operates in three modes. In negative pressure mode, the unit exhausts HEPA-filtered air out of the containment area via the 12" exhaust outlet, maintaining lower static pressure inside the containment zone than in adjacent areas. In recirculation mode, filtered air is exhausted back into the same space, continuously reducing airborne contaminant concentrations. In positive pressure mode, HEPA-filtered air is supplied to a space to prevent contaminant ingress. Pressure differential monitoring per OSHA/CDC requirements is recommended during negative or positive pressure operation — the Abatement Technologies PPM3-S or RPM-RT1 monitors are compatible.
Control Panel
The BD2KM control panel includes a three-position motor speed switch (High / Off / Low), an amber filter change indicator lamp that illuminates when filter loading or intake restriction is detected, and an 8-foot hardwired 18/3 AWG SJTW power cord. Check the filter change indicator with the unit running on High speed.

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax only on orders shipped to Pennsylvania, where HEPA Filter Sales, LLC has nexus. Buyers in all other states pay $0 in sales tax. The applicable rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your ship-to ZIP code.
Tax-exempt buyers — including resellers, government entities, and 501(c)(3) nonprofits — must submit a valid resale or exemption certificate before placing an order. Email your certificate, tax ID, and issuing state to Help@HEPAFilterSales.com. Tax paid on completed orders is not refundable — exemption must be established in advance.
Manufacturer's Warranty — Abatement Technologies
Abatement Technologies products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. All warranty claims are handled directly by Abatement Technologies — HEPA Filter Sales, LLC does not administer or extend manufacturer warranties. Contact us if you need assistance reaching the manufacturer's warranty or support team.
Use of non-OEM replacement filters or parts voids the manufacturer warranty and all performance claims on Abatement Technologies equipment.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every order to go smoothly, and if something is not right we want to make it right. At the same time, for the health and safety of everyone — our team, other customers, and the facilities these products are used in — we cannot resell opened or used filtration and air quality products. Our policy below is built around that reality. If you have any questions about a product before ordering, please reach out — we would rather help you get the right thing the first time than deal with a return after the fact.
Eligibility
Opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. Products designated as Special Order, Clearance, Discontinued, or Final Sale are also not eligible for return or exchange. All other returns require items to be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
30-Day Return Policy
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee of at least 25% of the purchase price. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required before shipping any return — contact us first at Help@HEPAFilterSales.com to receive return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
Exchanges for unopened, unused items are not subject to a restocking fee. Contact us at Help@HEPAFilterSales.com before returning any item to arrange an exchange and receive expert advice on the correct solution.
Order Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Not all orders can be cancelled once placed — freight and special-order items in particular may ship before a cancellation can be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, note the damage with the delivery carrier at time of delivery, photograph the damage, and email us within 48 hours of delivery at Help@HEPAFilterSales.com. We will arrange return shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you.
If you receive an incorrect item, email us your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange return shipping and send the correct item at no cost to you.
Defective Items
Suspected product defects and performance issues are warranty matters handled directly by the manufacturer — they are not eligible for return or return shipping reimbursement from HEPA Filter Sales, LLC. Contact us and we will provide manufacturer contact information to assist with a warranty claim.
