The AIRE GUARDIAN® AG3000MCCC is a mobile construction enclosure designed for ICRA-compliant containment during ceiling and wall cavity work. It deploys in minutes, is assembled by one person, and rolls to the next work area — or back to storage — without disassembly. This configuration includes the AG-CADDY slide-out caddy, allowing a portable air scrubber to remain connected and accessible during transport between work areas. Built for healthcare construction, abatement, and remediation environments where containment compliance is mandatory and downtime is not an option.

Enclosure Construction
The enclosure shell is manufactured from reinforced PVC developed for military tent applications — the same material specification used in hostile field environments. Seams are ultrasonically welded; zippers are non-binding coil construction. The lightweight aircraft-aluminum frame consists of a top, base, and four height-adjustable upright poles with numbered settings and color-coded alignment dots for fast, error-free assembly. The blue floor panel simplifies orientation during setup.
Once work is complete, the enclosure collapses to its minimum height and rolls to storage with ancillary equipment packed inside. No disassembly required between jobs.
Access & Visibility
The AG3000MCCC is designed for unobstructed access to ceiling and wall cavities without compromising containment integrity. Access features include large zippered entry and exit doors on three sides, zippered openings on two sides for wall cavity access, and large top zippers for full above-ceiling access. Large clear plastic windows on all four sides provide visibility into and out of the enclosure. A clear document pouch accommodates work orders and other paperwork without opening the enclosure.
A pass-through opening with removable cover allows tool and material transfer. Dedicated ports accommodate a portable air scrubber and HEPA vacuum for negative pressure operation. An optional AG-CADDY slide-out caddy keeps the air scrubber connected and accessible during transport between work areas.

ICRA Compliance Context
The AG3000MCCC is designed to meet the containment requirements of the CDC Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) Construction Guidelines and the Canadian CSA Z317 standard. When used with a PRED750 portable air scrubber connected through the dedicated port, the enclosure operates under negative pressure — preventing particle migration into occupied healthcare spaces during above-ceiling and in-wall work. Compliance with CA Fire Marshall, CDC, AIA, NFPA, and CSA standards is built into the enclosure specification.

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax only on orders shipped to Pennsylvania, where HEPA Filter Sales, LLC has nexus. Buyers in all other states pay $0 in State Sales Tax on orders placed Directly through our online store. The applicable rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your ship-to ZIP code.
Tax-exempt buyers — including resellers, government entities, and 501(c)(3) nonprofits — Please submit a valid resale or exemption certificate before placing an order if applicable. Email your certificate, tax ID, and issuing state to Help@HEPAFilterSales.com. Tax paid on completed orders is not refundable — exemption must be established in advance.
Manufacturer's Warranty — Abatement Technologies
Abatement Technologies products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. All warranty claims are handled directly by Abatement Technologies — HEPA Filter Sales, LLC does not administer or extend manufacturer warranties. Contact us if you need assistance reaching the manufacturer's warranty or support team.
Use of non-OEM replacement filters or parts voids the manufacturer warranty and all performance claims on Abatement Technologies equipment.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every order to go smoothly, and if something is not right we want to make it right. At the same time, for the health and safety of everyone — our team, other customers, and the facilities these products are used in — we cannot resell opened or used filtration and air quality products. Our policy below is built around that reality. If you have any questions about a product before ordering, please reach out — we would rather help you get the right thing the first time than deal with a return after the fact.
Eligibility
Opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. Products designated as Special Order, Clearance, Discontinued, or Final Sale are also not eligible for return or exchange. All other returns require items to be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
30-Day Return Policy
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee of at least 25% of the purchase price. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required before shipping any return — contact us first at Help@HEPAFilterSales.com to receive return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
Exchanges — Standard Restocking Charge Waived
Exchanges for unopened, unused items are not subject to a restocking fee. Contact us at Help@HEPAFilterSales.com before returning any item to arrange an exchange and receive expert advice on the correct solution.
Order Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Not all orders can be cancelled once placed — freight and special-order items in particular may ship before a cancellation can be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, note the damage with the delivery carrier at time of delivery, photograph the damage, and email us within 48 hours of delivery at Help@HEPAFilterSales.com. We will arrange return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
If you receive an incorrect item (compared to what was ordered), email us your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange return shipping and send the correct item at no cost to you.
Defective Items
Suspected product defects and performance issues are warranty matters handled directly by the manufacturer — they are not eligible for return or return shipping reimbursement from HEPA Filter Sales, LLC. Contact us and we will provide manufacturer contact information to assist with a warranty claim.
