Sales Tax

We collect sales tax only on orders shipped to Pennsylvania, where HEPA Filter Sales, LLC has nexus. Buyers in all other states pay $0 in sales tax. The applicable rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your ship-to ZIP code.

Tax-exempt buyers — including resellers, government entities, and 501(c)(3) nonprofits — must submit a valid resale or exemption certificate before placing an order. Email your certificate, tax ID, and issuing state to Help@HEPAFilterSales.com. Tax paid on completed orders is not refundable — exemption must be established in advance.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Abatement Technologies products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. All warranty claims are handled directly by Abatement Technologies — HEPA Filter Sales, LLC does not administer or extend manufacturer warranties. Contact us if you need assistance reaching the manufacturer's warranty or support team.

Use of non-OEM replacement filters or parts voids the manufacturer warranty and all performance claims on Abatement Technologies equipment.
