The Fujitsu K9380997009 is the OEM Replacement filter designed to fit the following models of Fujitsu Mini Split Indoor Units: ASU9RLS3Y, ASU9RLS3, ASU15RLS3Y, ASU15RLS3, ASU12RLS3Y, ASU12RLS3.

All of the above indoor units require 2 replacement air filters.

The Fujitsu K9380997009 mini split filter is treated during manufacturing to prevent mold growth. This feature on the filters gives you cleaner, healthier air inside your home, and the coating makes it easier to clean your air filter.

The Fujitsu K9380997009 mini split filter should be cleaned every two weeks and replaced annually to ensure the best air-cleaning performance. Fujitsu recommends cleaning the air filter in warm water with a mild soap mix or vacuum cleaner to remove the collected airborne dust and pollutants. After washing the K9380997009, it must be thoroughly air-dried before it can be placed back in the indoor unit.

The UTR-FA16 Apple Catechin filter is a disposable air filter that shouldn't be washed or replaced. If this filter is washed, the media will be damaged. The Polyphenol air filter should also only be stored temporarily because as the filter ages, it loses the ability to clean the air as effectively. This filter should be replaced every three months.

The recommended cleaning process for the UTR-FA16-2 Negative Air Ion deodorizing filter is to clean the filter in warm water and mild detergent. The air filter should not be scrubbed with an abrasive pad or brush. Scrubbing will damage the deodorizing power of the filter. This filter should be cleaned every three months and replaced every year.
