Abatement Technologies VL1002 Vapor-Lock Carbon Filter - 6 Pack

The Abatement Technologies VL1002 is the 3rd stage MERV 6 vapor-lock carbon filter for Abatement Technologies CAP1200 and CAP1200-UVP Central Air Purification systems and the PRED 750 Portable Air Scrubber. Our VL1002 is your system's OEM replacement. 

The VL1002 air filter has woven activated carbon media to absorb gases and odors. The VL1002 is used to reduce airborne odors, vapors, or gases (OVG), including volatile organic compounds, by chemically bonding the OVG molecules to the surface area of the carbon granules via a process known as adsorption. The VL1002 carbon filter also provides a similar level of particulate filtration efficiency to the H502 pre-filter and can be used in place of or in addition to almost any 16 x 16 x 2 pre-filter.

Abatement Technologies recommends you change the VL1002 carbon filter every 6 to 12 months under normal operating conditions. For instructions on changing your air cleaner's filter, please refer to your unit's Instruction Manual.

The Abatement Technologies VL1002 pleated carbon filter is UL 900 Class 2 listed.
