Fujitsu replacement air filters are treated during manufacturing to prevent the growth of mold. This feature on the filters gives you the option to have cleaner, healthier air inside your home. The coating also makes it easier to clean your air filter.

Fujitsu recommends cleaning this air filter in warm water with a mild soap mix, or with a vacuum cleaner to remove the collected airborne dust and pollutants. After washing the filters, they must be thoroughly air dried before it can be placed back in the indoor unit.

Fujitsu filters should be cleaned every two weeks; Replaced Annually.
