The Honeywell model POPUP2400 is a replacement air filter that folds down for easy storage and expands easily for use. Just open the package, pop open, and the filter is ready to use. The POPUP2400 air filter has a MERV 11 rating and also meets American Lung Association® Health House® guidelines. The POPUP2400 is a genuine replacement filter for the Aprilaire 2400 and Spaceguard 2400.
The sizes of the Honeywell POPUP2400 replacement POPUP accordion style filter are approximately 5" x 31 1/2" x 5 1/2" collapsed and 16 3/4" x 28" x 5 1/8" expanded.
Honeywell recommends the replacement of the air filter media every six months, before heating season and before cooling season. Adjust the schedule to your needs, but at least replace the filter annually. Regular replacement of the air filter will maximize the efficiency of your heating and cooling system.
