The Santa-Fe OEM or Original Equipment Manufacturer replacement filter pack model 4027417 is a 4 pack of replacement 16"x20"x2" MERV 11 pleated air filters for the Santa-Fe Classic and Max Dry Dual XT Series Dehumidifying systems. The actual size of the air filters are approximately 15 1/2" x 19 1/2" x 1 3/4". The Santa-Fe 4027417 filter pack comes with a washable pre-filter which is a reusable plastic framed, mesh pre-filter.  This washable pre-filter is placed before the 2 inch pleated filter to capture larger particles in the air and improving the efficiency of the pleated filter. The 4027417 filter pack fits the following Santa-Fe Dehumidifier models: 4027450 – Max Dry Dual XT 4021400 – Santa-Fe Classic The air filters in your Santa-Fe Dehumidifier should be replaced every six months.  When replacing the pleated filters in the Santa-Fe unit you should also check and wash your foam pre-filter. This filter can either be vacuumed or gently washed with warm water and a mild detergent. This package ships with 4 pleated filters and 1 washable pre-filter.
