Those UV lamps are a slow find whether on Safari or Google and half the sites are 404's. It's great to know that when an account is established with HEPA Filter Sales, it is quick and easy to order parts from then on, and the one click reorder is fantastic.
The reminder service is a big plus too. Instead of waiting until you're doing your taxes to discover a customer you 'forgot' to service because you were preoccupied, you get an e-mail reminder that helps you show your customer you're Johnny on the spot.

It was so easy to find your web site via Google (2nd selection in the list, but should be listed first!) by typing in the number of the required UV replacement lamp. The price was better than what my fuel company would have charged, even with shipping; I should have done this SOONER!! After using an ineffective washable furnace filter for 7 years, I was advised by an expert that I needed a pleated disposable filter with a minimum of 7 MERV. I purchased a portable Honeywell hepa filter about 7 years ago. I use it in my basement off and on. It works well to clear the air of odor and alleviates some allergic reactions I get when I spend time in the basement. I also used it one year to clean the air around my artificial christmas tree, which I had become allergic to after it was stored in the basement. By using the quick filter check light on the system, I was able to determine a few weeks ago that I need a new carbon filter for the unit. I disassembled it this morning by unscrewing a large handle under the unit. I pulled out the carbon and hepa filters, identified the replacement size carbon filter I need, and am able to re-order it on line same day! As soon as the replacement carbon filter arrives, I know I can reassemble it easily and have cleaner air again in my basement! Thank you.
